Collection & Inventory
Each drive's serial number is scanned and logged into a manifest you sign off on. Drives go into sealed, locked containers.

FAQ
Common questions.
Isn't formatting or wiping a drive enough?
Not for anything sensitive. Formatting only removes the index; wiping can miss reallocated sectors, and on SSDs the controller decides what actually gets overwritten. Physical destruction is the only method that removes the question entirely, and it's what most compliance frameworks expect for end-of-life media.
Do I need to remove drives from the computers first?
No. We can pull drives from desktops, laptops, and servers as part of the job. If you'd rather hand us the whole chassis, we'll handle it.
What's the minimum job size?
There isn't one. We handle a single drive from a home office and pallets from a data center. Small jobs are usually cheapest as a drop-off or scheduled pickup.
Can I watch the destruction?
Yes. On-site service is designed for it: the shredder comes to your location and your staff can watch every drive go in.
What happens to the shredded material?
Shredded metal and circuit board material is sent to responsible downstream recyclers. Nothing goes to landfill.
What does the Certificate of Destruction include?
Client name, date, location, destruction method, technician ID, and a complete list of serial numbers destroyed. It's issued the same day and delivered as a PDF.
